Back in December, I asked if this might be possible and was told that it would be available in v2.3 (see below). I eagerly fired up version 2.3, but cant find the ability to do this. Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Kilgore

Am I missing something? I can't find a way to change the url of mail.google.com on the list of email clients.

I really would love to change that address to another webmail service. that I'm getting my e-mails from. Could you please add that - or tell me the steps to change it if it already exists.

Thanks,
Kilgore

I second this request. I'm forwarding my GV VM and SMS stuffs to boxcar and would love to be able to get redirected to google.com/voice or, really, any other URL I'd like. Is this possible?

I third it. This would make my iPhone set-up complete.

    Hi

This is the last piece I have to test before I submit 2.4 to the
stoere. I've blocked out some time tonight to go over it one more
    time.

Is there any chance you can open it in a browser within Boxcar rather than littering safari with new tabs? I think there is another request like that out there. Optionl of course :-)

    Well I must be dense.

This feature was listed in the what's new section for 2.4, but I still can't figure out how to set it. I've looked in the app itself and Boxcar in the general settings. In fact, I'm not seeing any changes in the app or any way to confirm what version is on the iPhone.

What am I missing this time?

    Hey Kilgore,

Go into the "Open mail notifications using" section and hit Edit in
    the top right corner. :)

Let me know how it works!

Oh, and if you're not seeing the Edit button in the top right of that
screen, then you don't have the latest version!

    Jonathan,

Thanks, I missed the edit button. I updated the url and sent a few test messages and it works fine.

    Thanks so much!
