Knowledge Base: How do I enable quiet time?
We held back on this feature because it wasn't quite ready for everyone. The good news is, we can turn it on for you without having to wait for another app store update! It is a bit tricky, though:
Here's how to turn it on:
- Open Boxcar.
- Choose any of the "Open XYZ using..." sections, and choose
whatever you've already chosen.

You will be returned to the Services list, wait for the network activity spinner in the top left corner to stop spinning. It may stop so quickly that you don't ever see it! As long as it's not there, you're good to go.

Close Boxcar and re-open it. You will now see a "Quiet Time" option on the main Services screen!
- Anytime you adjust the quiet time hours, be sure you wait until that network activity spinner stops spinning before closing Boxcar. If you don't, we won't be able to save it! :-)
During your quiet time, we will only update the Boxcar badge. You will not receive any alerts or sounds.
