Knowledge Base: I'm not receiving any notifications. Why?
- Is your device jailbroken? If so, install Push Fix on Cydia. Or
try http://pushfix.info/
- Did you just upgrade to a new device? Logout of Boxcar and log
back in. We'll need to capture your new device token, so we know
where to send the push messages.
- Restart your device. Sometimes you just need to reconnect to the Apple push servers, and this is the best way to force that to happen.
