Knowledge Base: What are private alerts?

Private Alerts show generic messages like "You have a new mention on Twitter" rather than showing the entire @mention reply text.

To disable Private Alerts, open the Service that you're receiving them for. Toggle the 'Private Alerts' option to Off. Save the service.
